Microwave your warm up: How to quickly and effectively raise your body temperature to begin your work out.
What no stretches you ask? No! the muscles will become more functional the more you warm them up, the exercises have a dynamic stretch built into them and are aimed at activating the nervous system to work.
Put down two markers twenty metres apart.
1 minute of straight line running
1 minute of side to side and chassis movements
1 minute of high knees and heel flicks
Followed by walking between your two markers and complete 10 Sumo Squats, 10 Lunges – alternate legs, five each.
Complete the warm up with 10 Crunches and 10 Press Ups
